Day 1: Arrival in Paro – Transfer to Thimphu (1.5 hrs drive)

  • Drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city

  • Visit Kuenselphodrang (Buddha Dordenma) – giant seated Buddha with panoramic views

  • Light acclimatization walk and introduction to Bhutanese mindfulness practices

  • Evening meditation session at a local temple

  • Overnight in Thimphu

Day 2: Thimphu – Guided Meditation and Spiritual Sites

  • Morning guided meditation at Drubthob Nunnery (Zilukha)

  • Visit Changangkha Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Thimphu

  • Explore Memorial Chorten – a spiritual place where locals perform daily circumambulation
